The Auto-Router enables healthcare facilities to control the routing of information between different ImagiNet components - using only a standard Web browser. |

The routing of information is based on a set of configurable rules set by the system manger. |
Auto-Router Rules consist of events such as "Image Arrival" , "Patient Scheduling" or "Report Submission", and a command to perform when the event occurs, such as "Pre-Load Patient History", "Push images to MediSurf clients" or "Send a Med-e-Mail message to a referring physician."
Rules can be configured to take place at certain times and affect particular physicians. A complete hospital on-call schedule can be controlled through the Auto-Router - enabling physicians to automatically receive medical information at any location, in or outside the hospital.

standard network connection, whether a LAN or a dial-up line. |
